Interestingly, despite being held in Florida, no native Floridian has yet claimed victory at the event. Many champions, including Paul Casey, who won in 2018 and 2019, have praised the challenging Copperhead Course, calling it one of the best on Tour. Its distinctive layout demands constant adjustments from players, making it a standout for its difficulty and unique design.

Innisbrook’s Copperhead Course is celebrated for its challenging design, earning a spot as the 7th toughest course on the PGA Tour during the 2022-23 season. Designed by Larry Packard, this par-71 layout spans nearly 7,300 yards, featuring Bermuda grass fairways and greens that pose a challenge to golfers of all levels. The real test comes in the Snake Pit, the final three holes, which are among the most demanding on Tour. The par-4 16th, "The Moccasin," is particularly notorious, often determining the tournament’s outcome on Sunday.

As part of the exciting activities this year, attendees can relax and enjoy the Valspar Live concert featuring Cole Swindell on March 23 at 6:30 pm. The concert, available with a Saturday ticket or credential, will take place at the Osprey Driving Range. Throughout the week, guests can also indulge in the newly renovated Packard’s Steakhouse at the Copperhead Course clubhouse.
