In her role as Vice President of Leisure Sales for Salamander Collection, Carolyn Rebeck Allen is responsible for developing strategic plans to positively impact leisure business and cultivate relationships across various leisure markets. Prior to joining Salamander Collection, Allen served as Area Director of Leisure Sales for Auberge Resort Collection’s portfolio of prestigious hotels in Mexico. Throughout her career, she held several high-level sales positions including Corporate Director of Luxury Travel Sales for Omni Hotels; Senior Sales Manager at Lake Austin Spa Resort; and Director of Travel Industry Relations for Global Hotel and Resort Partners at Atelier Group. She began her career with roles focused in the Caribbean, including Director of Travel Industry Sales for Caneel Bay, then A Rosewood Resort; and Area Sales Manager, Hotels of the Caribbean and Mexico, for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

Carly Cox is the Director of Global Leisure Sales for Salamander Collection. Most recently, Cox has held the Director of Leisure Sales role for The Reykjavik EDITION, opening the first luxury hotel in Iceland.  Previously, she held several influential leisure sales positions with branded and independent hotels around the US, Caribbean, Mexico and Europe, most notably working as the Area Director of Sales for The Reserve Brand overseeing leisure sales efforts for Dorado Beach and Zadun during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ashley McGee brings over 13 years of hospitality sales experience, having worked with brands such as Kimpton Hotels, Limelight Hotels, and Club Med’s all-inclusive ski portfolio. Most recently, she served as Director of Sales for a premiere sales representation company, where she oversaw a diverse portfolio of more than 26 properties and destination management companies (DMCs) worldwide.

A longtime Aspen local before relocating to Palisade, Colorado, Ashley spent over 20 years in the Roaring Fork Valley and developed a deep passion for the ski industry and mountain lifestyle. She is excited to bring her wealth of experience and love for the mountains back to Aspen through her work with Aspen Meadows.

In her role as Director of Transient Sales for Salamander Washington DC, Margaret Wright is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of strategic sales initiatives for the leisure and business travel market segments.

Prior to joining Salamander Collection, Margaret led corporate sales for Waldorf Astoria Washington DC, playing an integral role in the hotel's successful transition and opening. As Senior Area Sales Manager, she was also responsible for a collection of Hilton owned and managed properties in the DC/VA region. Previous career highlights include sales roles with The Ritz-Carlton and Bulgari, in addition to serving in a leadership role with a digital luxury hospitality marketing agency.

Claudia Bonaiuto is the Director of Luxury Leisure Sales for PGA National Resort. In her role she is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales initiatives with a strong focus on leisure strategies, including luxury consortia, wholesale market, and business transient segments.

She has held senior leisure sales positions at several large brand properties, such as Omni Hotels and Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham, and Hilton. Her experience with independently owned properties includes Karisma Hotels & Resorts in the Mayan Riviera, the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach, and the Wymara Resort and Villas in Turks and Caicos.

Allie Wishart brings more than a decade of hospitality experience to her role as Director of Leisure Sales at Salamander Middleburg.  In her position with the Forbes Five Star property, Wishart is responsible for building relationships and cultivating business from the leisure market. Previously, as Director of Front Office Operations, Wishart improved guest satisfaction and increased employee engagement. She began her career as a Front Desk Agent at the Best Western in Winchester, VA, and advanced to supervisory roles at the Fairmont Pittsburgh. Wishart holds a Bachelor's in Business Management from George Mason University and a Hospitality Management Certificate from Cornell University. Her versatile background makes her a key asset to the Salamander Collection team.

A Kentucky native, Jessica Insko moved to Charleston in 2020 and began her hospitality career at Hotel Bennett. She started as a Front Desk Agent and steadily advanced to Front Office Management. Building on her extensive experience in Guest Services, Jessica transitioned into Sales in 2023. She earned her degree in Hospitality Management & Tourism from the University of Kentucky.
