Questions & Answers

The elegance, the location, and that Hotel Bennett has been considered the best Hotel in town since their opening.

When I was 7-10 years old, I used to spend summers at the family business, a small hotel in Mexico City. I would shadow and help the housekeeping team clean the rooms and make the beds. I also helped in the kitchen washing dishes and assisting the waiters with their side work. Being there, dreaming about my first job, learning how a hotel operates, and building connections with all the employees made me realize that this was the path I wanted to take.

What makes me passionate about the hospitality industry is the incredible impact we can have on people. As humans, we have the ability to create memorable, meaningful experiences for our guests, moments that they will carry long after they leave. Being part of those experiences is truly special. I’m also passionate about the opportunity we have to empower and motivate our colleagues. In hospitality, we get to support one another, show how much we care, and celebrate when someone grows, succeeds, or accomplishes something they once thought was impossible. That sense of purpose and shared achievement is deeply fulfilling.

Lastly, I love how the hospitality world connects people across the globe. Hoteliers understand one another in a unique way, regardless of where we come from. This industry opens doors to live and work in different countries, learn from diverse cultures, and collaborate with multicultural teams. Those experiences broaden your perspective and teach you lessons no classroom ever could.
